This year IMCW2013 (http://imcw2013.bilgiyonetimi.net) is taking place at the Strand Hotel in Limerick in Ireland September 4-6, 2013, with the theme “Beyond the Cloud: Information…Innovation…Collaboration…”
The program includes outstanding keynote speakers: Dr. Clifford Lynch, Executive Director of Coalition for Networked Information (CNI) will talk about cloud architectures and their use in cultural memory institutions; Marshall Breeding, Independent consultant and the author of “Cloud Computing for Libraries” (ALA TEchsource, 2012) will address how cloud computing enables deeper collaboration; and Christian Verstraete of Hewlett-Packard will emphasize the innovative character of cloud computing. In addition, the program includes contributed papers, short communications and workshops along with panel discussions on collaboration and intellectual property aspects of cloud computing. The proceedings of the symposium will be published by Springer under its CCIS series.
